CHINESE LEAVE SAMOA,
IMPERIAL INSTRUCTIONS. LONDON. Oct. 9. A Reueters message from Pago Pago states that the steamer Changsha has left Apia, carrying away Chinese labourers from Western Samoa, under orders from the British Government. Owing to the liquidation of German trading stations the complete stocks have been sold to British controlling interests.
