Wong, Harry Shing Dai, 1943- New Zealand artist and sculptor, born of Chinese and European parentage, in Otaki. Grew up and educated in Wellington where he was familiar with the Chinese community in the Haining Street area. Studied industrial design at Wellington Polytechnic. First exhibited in mid-1966 at Barry Lett Galleries.
