Dear Douglas
I remembered the day you took us ( Hoe & I ) in under your care when we first came to NZ
I remembered the jokes, advice, laughter, talks and even arguments that we had ( Kiwis going barefooted in summer and you took off your jandals there and then to show us )
I remembered the food parties (especially the steam bot sessions) that we had, the "house hunting" trips that we took ( going in to look at those big beautiful ones just for the sake of it) and the little things that matters;
I remembered the love, care, generosity and warmth that you have shown to me and my family
The list of the things that you did for and with us wil go on and on but the
Most of all, THANK YOU for being there for us and you will always be in our thoughts
Lots of love
Fong (Kellie), Hoe (Tom), Yeen (Michelle), Yew, Jacky, Dylan & Ryan

Fly, fly little wing
Fly beyond imagining
The softest cloud, the whitest dove
Upon the wind of heaven's love
Past the planets and the stars
Leave this lonely world of ours
Escape the sorrow and the pain
And fly again
Fly, fly precious one
Your endless journey has begun
Take your gentle happiness
Far too beautiful for this
Cross over to the other shore
There is peace forevermore
But hold this mem'ry bittersweet
Until we meet
Fly, fly do not fear
Don't waste a breath, don't shed a tear
Your heart is pure, your soul is free
Be on your way, don't wait for me
Above the universe you'll climb
On beyond the hands of time
The moon will rise, the sun will set
But I won't forget
Douglas,
Fly, fly little wing
Fly where only angels sing
Fly away, the time is right
Go now, find the light
From
Your cousin Alex - thank you for the time you gave to us
