Tuesday, August 14. (Before Captain Willis and Mr J. G. Fyfe, J.P.'s.) Larceny.— Daniel Waleh and James Driscoll, two firemen, were charged with the larceny of vegetables from the shop of a Chinaman named Ching Lee. They were convicted, and Walsh was sent to gaol for one month and Driscoll for seven days
