Oliver FONG Obituary
FONG, Oliver. Oliver (Olly) Fong, 80 years old. Passed away peacefully in Auckland on Friday 26th April 2024 with his wife Jane by his side after a long battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Jane Fong (nee Lam) Dearly loved uncle of Alma and Alex Heim (Switzerland) and Father to James and Steph Fong. Proud Grandpa to Hans, Max, Salamasina (Switzerland), Tawhiuira and Anekura. Accomplished sportsman. Proud NZ Army Territorial. Loved his family and proud supporter of his nieces and nephews. The lights of his life were his son, grandchildren and most of all his wife Jane. A memorial service for Oliver will be held on Wednesday 1 May, 12.30pm at Morrisons Funeral Home 220 Universal Drive, Henderson.
