Dear sister,
Thank you for the great memories and it was a privilege of mine and your late brother (my late husband) Kho Chay to embark our new lives in Dunedin together. We survived the harrowing times in Cambodia, to start a new life and give our children greater opportunities.
I remember so many happy family gatherings sharing meals with much laughter. We would gather at your home at night to share a meal and a lot of conversation - I would walk home with Meng-chu sometimes even as late as midnight.
As we say our farewells to sister Ly-hour, let us carry forward the lessons she taught us—of love, resilience and family. Let us celebrate the great life and family that sister has created.
Rest in peace, dear sister. You will be missed but not forgotten.

Dear Aunty,
Thank you for your care and the happy memories you provided me. I remember spending fun & happy times at your home as a child. Your house was always bustling with lots of family members, TV, cooking in the kitchen and there was always an air of togetherness & a sense of home. We have precious memories sharing meals as we embarked on our new life in New Zealand.
My dad (your brother) would often tell me stories of your childhood in Battambang.
It is clear that you were a beacon of warmth and love for your family. Your enduring legacy continues with the beautiful and large family that you have created and so proudly raised. Rest in peace Aunty and may we, the ones left behind, find comfort in the precious memories that will forever linger in our hearts.
From,
Soklang Eng

Hey Ma
Thanks for being the best Grandma anyone could ever ask for! The memories I have with you will never be forgotten - from growing up when we were young till now. You've always been there for us no matter where we all are. Miss you so much Ma but I'm happy you can rest now. I know you'll still be here for us from above when we need you.
RIP Ma.
You'll always be in my heart and will love you always.
Love your favourite grandson 😅😘
