JONES, 1 of Auckland, Auctioneers, Creditors. TO WONG KEE, lately of Onehunga, Fruiterer, but now of parts unknown. TAKE NOTICE that PERCY DOUGLAS JONES and ARTHUR WALLING JONES, j trading as J. Jones," of Auckland, Auctioneers, have filed a Petition against you jin the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland, praying that you be adjudged bankrupt, on the grounds that you are indebted to the said Percy Douglas Jones and Arthur Walling Jones, trading as J. I Jones," in the sum of £36 18/1, being the I amount due on a final judgment obtained •by the Petitioners against you in tbe Magistrate's Court nt Auckland on the 17th' day of March, 1924, and execution whereon has not been stayed nnd subsequent costs rof execution incurred since the date of,the said judgment, and that you have committed an available act of Bankruptcy as follows:— The return that no sufficient goods whereon to levy could be found ..was on the Ist day of December, 1924, made to an execution Issued against your property on a Warrant of Distress issued in pursuance of a judgment out of the said Magistrate's Court at Auckland in an action wherein Messieurs Turners and Growers, Limited, of Auckland, wns the Plaintiff Company and you were the Defendant. And the Petitioners have issued a summons calling upon you to appear on FRIDAY, the 27th day of March, 1925, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon at the Supreme Court House, Auckland, to show cause why you should not be adjudged a Bankrupt on the above grounds. And take further notice that unless you appear as aforesaid lon the 27th day of March, 1925, arid show I cause why you should not be adjudicated a Bankrupt the said Petition and Summons I will be heard and determined, in your absence.
