(Per Press Association PA'HIATUA, this day. Shortly after 1 am a fire broke out in a buildirig owned by T. C. Williams, Wellington, and occupied by Jack Ping. (a Chinese fruiterer), Husband (land agent), and Abraham and Williams (auctioneers). It began in a sitting room at the back of Ping's shop", and extended, to Husband's, but was then Suppressed. Not mu6h damage was done to -Abraham: and iliams' portion.The building was insured for £850, Ping for £600,and Husband for £75 Poverty Bay Herald, Volume XXXVII, Issue 12183, 27 June 1910, Page 5
