maps.google.co.nz/maps?hl=en&tab=wlPanyu is today a part of Guangzhou City whereas Jiangmen City is another separate region to the SW. Have found a total of 6 villages with xi (kai) but no Tangxi. Here is a fairly detailed map of Panyu area maybe you have better luck. The closest is Hanxi (where Han as in Han Dynasty) located just NNW of Panyu town. Panyu, Guangzhou, Guangdong in Guangzhou, Guangdong Panyu District or Pun Yue District is a district of Guangzhou, People's Republic of China. It used to be a county-level city before it was incorporated in the administration of Guangzhou. The name of Panyu dates back to the completion of the conquest of Guangdong by Qin Shi Huang. It was the old name of present-day Guangzhou. It covers an area of about 661.88 kmĀ².
