Big hugs to his family xxx Rachel MillerSHARE May 23, 2020 With a sad and heavy heart, I share my condolences and deep sympathy for the loss of a special man, Mr Lesley Wong. Loving Husband, grandfather and Dad to my dear friend Samantha. Throughout intermediate and high school years I spent a lot of time in Lesley and Beths household. I saw how he diligently served and provided for his family and admired how he also took the time to play and laugh with his children. A young hearted, upbeat Dad, he loved to share a joke and see us giggle. As a young adult, when Id bump into Lesley around HTown, it was always like no time had passed. Hed spot me, crack a huge toothy smile and say while opening his arms wide, Come on then, give us a hug, hows Sarah doing. And the best thing of all, hed actually listen to my answer, while enthusiastically adding the appropriate Mmm Hmms and Okays, always so interested to know what was happening with my Whanau and I. A beautiful man with a strong spirit, Im so blessed to have known you and seen how you cared for your family and friends so lovingly. I pray for Clarity and Peace for Mama Beth, Sam, Steve, Josh and Gabriel and all of Lesleys Family and close friends as they grieve his loss. Arohanui, Families Are Forever. Sarah Taiapa-Bell Stephen.
