Passed away on 17 June 2019
Aged 96 years
QSM Passed away peacefully on Monday 17 June, 2019 at Montecillo Rest Home, Dunedin, in his 97th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Noleen Wong. Cherished father of Rewi, Christine, Cynthia, Vivianne, Raylene, Bevan. Respected by their partners Kirsi, Brett, Andy, Ann. Loved Grandfather of Kaleb, Lukas, Tasman, Rarchyn, Jordon, Frances, Mia, Rodger, Kiernan. Great Grandfather of Zane and Arielle. Grateful thanks to Montecillo staff and volunteers for their thoughtful care of George.

To Rewi, Christine, Cynthia, Vivianne, Raylene, Bevan & families
So sad for your loss. We have fond memories of Uncle George, his calm and humble demeanor, and a real gentleman. His contribution to the Chinese community in Dunedin and for New Zealand is well recognized and respected.
Sorry we cannot be at the funeral in person, but our thoughts will be with you to share your grief, and celebrate his lifetime achievements.
