Mr Joe Tye undertook to collect from his countrymen—Chinese in and around Dunedin —funds for the Patriotic Association, and ho has handed in to the secretary the sum of £23 Is, half of which it is desired should bo placed to the credit of the Belgian relief fund and half to the British.
